Attach it to your GPU (either AMD or Nvidia), then attach either a Kraken X40 or X60 and you're in business. Unit also comes with a 92mm fan to cool the RAM and other components of the GPU. Your choice of white, black or red :p

Compatable with the R9 290x & 270x but not the 7970 or 7950? That's disappointing.

Isn't the 270x exactly the same as the 7970 GHz edition? If that's the case then it should work, right?

No that's the 280X. I have no idea why it's not compatible :/ Perhaps the GPU cooler mounting holes were too different for it. On the bright side, you can connect any of these water coolers to it:

NZXT : Kraken X60, Kraken X40
Corsair : H110, H90 , H55 , H50
Antec : KUHLER H2O 920V4, KUHLER H2O 620V4, KUHLER H2O 920, KUHLER H2O 620
Thermaltake : Wate 3.0 Extreme, Water 3.0 Pro, Water 3.0 Performer Water 2.0 Extreme, Water 2.0 Pro, Water 3.0 Performer
Zalman : LQ-320, LQ-315, LQ-310

Includes links to reviews from Legit and Pure Overclock. The Pure OC review also compares it to a Swiftech Kimodo. Though it blows the NZXT out of the water (no pun intended), keep in mind the Kimodo block only works on 1 GPU, meaning it can't be transferred like the NZXT G10 can. Also the Kimodo block costs $155 for a 7970, and you'll still need to buy a pump, tubing, fittings, reservoir and a radiator.
