Just saw the results, good job everyone. Strange how Germany just fell out of it. I'm not shedding any tears for Sict. If you guy's bumped them out, well done. We have been in it every year, same as the French.

With their heft, SG probably just unwittingly ends up in the running on FB without even knowing it. Same as us. Some of us never even heard of FB! Last year, after our run on the POGs challenge, it was a last minute idea to keep our foot in it, pass Sicituradastra on overall POGs points. Once we discovered that there was a chance to bump Sic off of 2nd place in FB with the help of that overtake, we started a multi faceted attack and left some defenses on POGs and a few other key projects to take 2nd. It was fun!

We had a strong help from the Polish and Czechoslovakians and other friends.

That was a very nice race.

This next year, there are divisions according to team size. I wonder how they determine team size... total members? total active members? total computers? total active computers? total RAC?

If based on members, teams like Sic which have relatively small number of members compared to LAF, SG, or us could potentially be in a different division.

Looks like they are using RAC and we are in the > 10M division. Team USA is in the same division and they only have one person with a RAC > 1M per day. Hardly seems fair when Sic produces as many credits in a month as they do in the better part of a year.

Another concern is we will have to cover far more projects. The small clubs will not be any help in knocking opponents down a notch or 2.
