This is way above my ability to understand all of this, but some of you might find it interesting. This is a thread on the Majestic12 website about a person being banned because he added about 100 17's with 128 gig of ram each to a project. There was some kind of problem and they were turning in bad work. He is from the pony team.
http://www.majestic12.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5169 you guys and gals can explain it to me, in common words, please.

What, you mean these? This is a link from the first page of that thread. He posted a set of dropbox pictures of his world. :)

Fortinet firewall and super micro blades I saw in there. Wow for a brony he has good taste in hardware. He should be batting for us.

On second thought screwing up DNS like that and getting banned is a minus.

That GPU monster setup has a fatal flaw....

MB's are not insulated from metal shelving #-o [-X

One static discharge arc can fubar the entire setup. Any bets on how long before it all goes up in smoke.....?

Actually F$, if you look closely, it almost looks like he has plexiglass shelves inserted on top of the wire-rack shelves. Most noticeable on the right rear corners where it looks like there are cut-outs around the leg to fit onto the shelf.

Yes, you can buy pre cut plastic toppers for those shelves. We have some shelves setup like that, but with out all of the tech on it.

That makes much more sense and eases my Noob Alarm considerably.....

Unlike the following video blog of a new build... (So Sad). Can't remember if this was posted in the forums recently.

Can you see why the Epic Fail is coming....???
