No problems for me Rick. I was on all pages since forum to stats.

hmmm can't get it to load on this computer, tried a different one and it worked fine. dumped the cookies on this one earlier. not sure what is going on.

Do you have third party pages blocked on your browser?? That might be the problem. Or your AV program may be doing the blocking?

as far as I know nothing is blocked, but it just started so something has changed. this is the computer I use every day and I have not had any problem loading any other page, but Free-DC still will not load, no page from there. two other computers next to this one has no problems, nor any of my other computers. Just have to keep looking I guess. :)

If everything is working on all computers someone is blocking someone or is your computer blocking FreeDC or is FreeDC blocking your computer, these having for granted that your computer can navigate on the Internet without problems. Did you ask Bok if your computer IP is between the forbiden inside FreeDC list as for instant given like a spam computer.

I just can not think in anything more to block FreeDC page at your computer but I dont know much about it.

no I haven't I haven't been able to find anything. 2 days ago it worked just fine, then got up and it didn't work. still not working guess I do have other computers

Things I would try, you probably have also, but just in case:
From the affected computer and the one without trouble -
1) nslookup stats.free-dc.org
Should be: Address: 75.189.240.161
If not, chesck hosts file and primary dns setups
2) tracert stats.free-dc.org
two machines on the same subnet should provide the same answer
if not, check default gateway or whatever the diff in trace route indicates.

If trace routes match, likely it is a browser issue. Test with another browser.

I don't block too many, mostly it's just major spammers, but I haven't blocked anything in the last few months at all.

And if you can get to setiusa.us then you should be able to get to free-dc as it's the same ip address..

it is a browser issue, changed it and no problem. so either use it or try to figure out what I changed. :)
