Chess@Home: Task automatic generation

Hi all, yesterday evening I set up automatic task generation. But I did it in too restrictive way - and that's why some new user may not have new tasks now until certain number of tasks returns back from users that download them already. I will fix this problem in the evening. Don't worry, keep connected and great thanks for participating :-)
