Chess: Project *might* end soon

We've seen this before in projects. They get the original goal complete, then say they will think about what's next, then never come back. That may or may not happen here But you never know.

We are almost done now. I have a bit more than 30 mln position in database, so I hope we will finish this without more stops (but can't promise on 100%) . Then there will be no new tasks for some time until I finish some research on data. I need to decide if there is a need to evaluate more positions or perhaps the same positions but with more depth

My guess: If he didn't plan on this being a long term project, he wouldn't be discussing badges.

The question: Does reality match his plan?
