Wildlife@Home: moving over to new interface officially

Hi Everyone, Since it's spring break and I have time to work on things I'll be moving over the site to the new interface in the next couple days. Two big parts of this will be: 1. getting the validator running more steadily for the new interface, and 2. creating a new interface for you to view and report observations made in the new interface. I've updated the teams backend interface which should make validating reported observations significantly easier (and part of the interface they're using regularly, so they won't be able to ignore them). I'll keep you all posted as things progress. cheers, --Travis
