So, yeah AMD is releasing a dual-GPU Hawaii somethingorother possibly next month. Should contain either 2 R9-290's or 2 R9-290X's on the same card. I know, i know. The heat. That power draw. It's going to be insanity inside your computer. Hope you have a high-end motherboard if you're (un?)fortunate enough to buy one. AMD's attempts at dropping clues are getting really clever though. Kudos to them for doing something new. This package was left at the door of Nate's (owner of LegitReviews) hotel room door. The FPS delivery service, claiming they're "Now the world's fastest" doesn't actually exist. Hopefully you get the clue there :p

What's inside the box? More cleverness :) Marked with labels that read #2betterthan1, there's 2 cans of Pringles and a bottle of water. A nice snack? Sure it is. The water just happens to be Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water (http://www.waiakeasprings.com/), used to cool the 2 (cans of) chips.

AMD also sent an editor from Tom's hardware, BSN, AnandTech and others a picture of themselves that had been grabbed from their profile then double-inverse exposed and mailed back to them with the same #2betterthan1 writing on the picture a week or 2 ago.
*Edit: It's probably worth noting these are the same chips (without the labels on them) AMD passed out at IDF last year using the slogan "try a different chip" as a dig towards Intel. What the recent clues really mean are supposedly going to be revealed to those who receive these packages on March 25th and 26th. Until then, no specs or even the proper name of this GPU are known with any certainty.
The dates chosen by AMD to reveal this new GPU just happen to be the same as Nvidia's GPU conference in San Jose. Coincidence? Not a chance.
