ATI HD 7570?

I'm looking at upgrading one of the computers at home from its Geforce 210 video card to something stronger but without having to replace the PSU.. I've been solely looking at the Geforce GT 640 but just haven't pulled the trigger yet. I found a HD 7570 but know nothing about the AMD cards.. How does this stack up to the GT640?

The 640's with a clock of 1046MHz will be ~30% faster than a 7570. A GTX 750 will be about 60% faster than a 7570 and is rated 5 watts lower. A 750 Ti is about 110% faster than a 7570 and is rated at the same wattage.
