Wildlife@Home: video kickback fixed

Hi Everyone,I'm pretty sure I got that video kickback bug fixed. Once I finish grading for the semester (maybe today) I'm going to get editing of your submitted observations working; and see if I can do anything about the bug with the video times.cheers,--Travis
