I also have 1U servers just like the Dells you posted about. Except they are more powerful I believe they are 1750s. You could have them, trouble is the shipping :( It would probably be 50 bucks a pop just to ship them. And they are SCSI drives. P.m. me if you are interested in further details.

yes,and has to be in house , part of our website will be used for controlling the user database , the user data base is used for many things including the user access control system on the doors in the building

currently the website is hosted off site and the database is hosted locally on a slow machine and it sucks updating both
