CPU help

I have 2 servers both with 8 cores, both are running convector and tn grid. one is running 8 threads the other is running 1. I don't have a clue what is going on. both are set to use all cores in boinc. I have tried to supend one and it still only runs one wu. cpu usage is 16%. any ideas of what is going on.

found it, had to go eat so that I could see it. had a setting set to use 20% of the processors. thought it was use at most 20 processors. :)
