I had one of my 775 boards go out at the beginning of summer and haven't had the time or desire to work on getting it going again while the A/C was struggling. Now I need to make use of that 750W Gold PSU that I put in right before the board went out. I'm assuming it's the board since I had problems with it in the past.

So, I'm wondering if anyone has a spare 775 board out there that's been sent to the attic that I could acquire (pay for shipping), or pay a low sum of money for. Time to get that 3rd GPU going again and maybe a VM or two. Plus I could use those 4 cores for MM's. My Dell Foxconn board will only support a dual core.

Thanks,

I have 2 of them i think. One is a full ATX size, the other is a micro ATX. The micro has the G45 chipset and the full ATX has G43. I'm not using either of them.

On the micro, you may want to re-solder one of the capacitors. I had to solder it to the back of the board since my iron wasn't hot enough to melt the solder from the top. It's a cheap one...actually it may be a wood burning iron (http://www.rockler.com/walnut-hollow-creative-versa-tool-woodburning-kit) instead of a soldering iron anyway :p

Would the full size fit into an Antec 300 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811129066) mid-size tower?

I do have a soldering iron in case of using the micro.

Yes it fits. In fact it's installed in an Antec 300 right now lol
