Sorry, but I have to tell it...
I was with the people who were on the streets in East-Berlin in 1989. For that reason I was very interested in the Demonstrations going on in Egypt...

And now they have done it! No islamic freaks with Quran and Kalashnikovs, but citizens who fight for their freedom!

We'll have to see how it plays out. Hopefully no one "extremist" group will be in power when it's all over, and the people can actually have a voice in their own government. We are watching...with hope of course...but also with a realistic view of that region's history. ;)

EDIT: I didn't mean to be a downer on the great news - but just a realist! :)
