Cheap PCI Card - worth $25?

PCI interface, BFG Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS 512mb ddr2 DVI-I, VGA and TV-out.

Would it be worth picking that up and throwing it on PG for $25?

This card is tricky. There's an 8 core and a 16 core version. If this is the 16 core, sure. If not, offer him $10.
