I need to do some maintenance work on server so it will be stopped and started few times in next 2-3 days.

Also I will send some test WU's which can stop/breaks incidentally, don't worry about it please, it will be small quantity...

No!!!!! Only 422K to hit 10 Mil and they pull this work outage crap on me! :)) (That's less than a half a day based on recent history for me... :) )
