After hearing from Mark earlier this week, we had high hopes that FrozenCPU would recover from whatever hardship occurred. However, we have not received any further indication that this is happening anytime in the near future...The loss of Frozen CPU is the end of the Era and we will all miss the great contributions that they made to the computer modification industry.

On 2/11 i made a post over at [H]ardOCP to plant the www.Performance-PCs.com bug in peoples' ears and keep them from panicing about Frozen...and also that Frozen has been doctoring their customer reviews since 2008 that i know of, as another user recently discovered.

They may not be closed forever, but they're definitely closed for now. Do not place an order with Frozen until something is determined.

Rumors.....yeah. It looks bad. Rumors of someone driving a truck through......rumors of the owner having a drinking problem and was in handcuffs......what's not a rumor. The website shows this months featured newest products as being out of stock.It does look like there was a drunk at the wheel of something in the pics. Sad that the company has allowed to keep the credit card portion open. Just today I saw happy customers who had just placed an order and just couldn't wait for it to arrive. I do have to wonder about the one post about needing to be patient until they can get back on their feet. That in itself saays to NOT attempt to place an order until something more concrete shows up online.
