In the past several months, I have tried ordering 2 different laptops from TigerDirect (for work). Both times, rather than actually fulfilling the order, they call me bumbling and tell me that that model is out of stock, and would I like to substitute in a different product.

No, you jerk, I don't. I spent ~1.5 hours comparing specs and prices to make sure I got the best "bang for the buck." I'll just take my business elsewhere and not-so-subtly imply that you and your company should go copulate with yourselves. :mad:
