It's part of the Boinc Manager download. During install it defaults to use the screensaver, but you may actually have to go to your display settings (windows) to turn it on. Welcome!

SETI's screen saver looks like it's analyzing radio waves.

If you're running windows, and have boinc installed and seti running you should have all you need. Go to windows' screensaver and on your list of selections should be one called BOINC. Also there's a choice in the preferences of some projects to use the screensaver or not, i don't know if its effective or not.
