2,1285- sieve has started. We will go up to q=2200M or 2400M, meaning we will have 1.09M wus to 1.19M wus to process. Can we sieve this integer in time record?!

For 6,490+ we hope to stop at q=1800M.

Thank you all for the CPU power deployed on this project.

Best Regards,

Carlos

Right now we have 21505 outstanding wus to complete the sieve of 6,490+ to q=1800M.

At current pace 2,1285- will be completely sieved within 100 days.
L'AF, Planet 3DNow!, TeAm AnandTech, OcUK - Overclockers UK teams replied to my help request and they are kicking some real numbers!!!!

Thank you all, specially SETI.USA.

Look at 60-day credit graph courtesy of BOINCstats:

http://boincstats.com/en/stats/88/project/detail/credit

My goals are to reach at 16e credit:

1) 10000 processed tasks (at 6700)
2) 100000 processed tasks
3) 1000000 processed tasks (long term goal...hehe)

The third goal has a special meaning, it means I processed (or sieved) the equivalent of one Cunningham integer by myself.

Still more than 700k wus to process regarding sieving of 2,1285-.
Thank you for your support.

I ran my main on it for a little while had no problems other than taking longer than I wanted. Not real big deal as long as it can do the 16e work without issues. I went ahead and started testing Bipolar, my c2q.....the one listed in my sig, on all the apps. After many months of it being very good, she decided it was time to have one of her manic depressive fits. Bipolar was tossing things left and right, blue screening every 5 to 10 minutes, and even caused wuprop to error 4 times during it's little fit. I hate when that computer starts screaming for attention. I did give it the love and care she wanted and is now happy again. She's been running all apps for almost 24 hours without so much as a pause. I still have one computer to test. However I won't be testing 16e on it due to it being somewhat slow. Can't wait for the challenge to start. I'm all geared and ready to rock as soon as we can bunker.

EDIT -- I did go ahead and test the third on all apps. It's running the 16e without issues. The difference in running time is so small and the point spread is so much bigger with the 16e that I will make changes to only run the 16e when it's time. So yeah, I'm good to go.

Churning away on NFS on my trusty i3.

Gang, my output will drop 30%-40% because I am overseas. I'll be back full power for the challenge.

Hopefully ours will be too pinhodecarlos. Be safe!

Just to share we had to go further on this integer sieve and therefore the wus are 2x faster to crunch for the same size. We will go at least up to q=3200M.

Probably we will go further. Right now the wus are being processed in less than 15 mins, so 520 points per hour per thread.

Last contact with admin we are going up to q=3700M but we are unsure if it is enough. Anyway, current wus are vey fast to process. With only 8 threads I am doing 100k per day.
