NFS@Home 14e credit

After the challenge I'll move my cores to sieve for the 14e application. Although they pay less if we can achieve the 10M and 50M badge level would be great as we would be the first team to do this.

Note: 16e Lattice Sieve V5 (lasieve5f) wus are at this stage very quick to process, less than 1600 secs for 130 points.
