I managed to get an evaluation Cooler Master GX-450W Power Supply recently and wrote a review of it here:

To torture test the little guy, I used three different Intel Processors: E1400, E3300, QX9650. Each time, a P3 International Kill-A-Watt meter (http://www.epinions.com/content_463172963972) was used to analyze the 120VAC power consumption of the processors while running BOINC. The power supply consistently pulled less power than the other Diablotek 400Watt model which I had in the same ASUS P5QL-VM motherboard. \:D/
Remember, if you start using these 80 Plus certified power supplies, not only will they pull less power but they will also generate less heat which is a by product of an inefficient PSU. *-:)
