I've been working on something, it may need some more work but

I know there maybe more color changes needed but believe me there are a lot more point on the style list in vB 4 than in vB 3 ;) allows for much more customization ;)

I'll try making a custom setting like that here - looks like a fun USA styled theme. :D Of course, Mr. Hankey might have to help me with my noob VBulletin skills. :p

I can export and import the theme directly for you if you like. It'll remain optional for everyone anyway.

Dr P :D heck we both in the same boat, I'm still a bit of a n00b but I understand colors and CSS / styling which helps.
