Description: Milkyway@home is a research project that uses Internet-connected computers to do research in modeling and determining the evolution of the Milkyway galaxy. You can participate by downloading the BOINC software and attaching your computer to the project.

Client Programs: MilkyWay@home currently has the following applications. When you participate in MilkyWay@home, work for one or more of these applications will be assigned to your computer. The current version of the application will be downloaded to your computer. This happens automatically; you don't have to do anything.
