POEM: New Windows Build

English: The current Windows build lead to errors quite frequently. We have uploaded a hopefully fixed executable. If you have tasks that are stuck at the same percentage or are restarting only from 0, please abort them. The new build uploaded now should resolve this. Sorry and thanks! Deutsch: Die aktuelle Windows Build von POEM++ fuehrte noch recht haeufig zu Fehlern. Sofern ihr Jobs habt, die einfach nicht weiterlaufen oder von 0 beginnen nach dem checkpointen, brecht sie bitte sofort ab. Die neue Version, die gerade hochgeladen wurde, sollte das Problem nicht mehr haben.
