Collatz: Collartz Sieve v1.07 released for Windows

A new version of the Collatz Sieve application has been released for Windows. The Collatz Sieve app is still listed as a beta/test application so you will need to check that in your preferences in order to get work. I added a sieve_size parameter to the config file in version 1.07 which controls not only the sieve size used but also affects the items per kernel. I also modified the default values to those found to work on all of my various nVidia and AMD gpus with 99% GPU utilization and reasonable video response. Macintosh and Linux versions should be available sometime next week.
