Test4Theory@home: Upgrades to vboxwrapper and VirtualBox 4.3.8

1. The production version of vboxwrapper has now been upgraded to v1.00 for Windows clients. (After more testing it will also be upgraded for Linux and Mac clients). Please let us know of any problems you encounter on Windows.2. We can now recommend everyone to upgrade to the latest VirtualBox version 4.3.8. (Do not forget to upgrade to the latest Extension Pack as well).Warning: BOINC just announced that a new core client release (7.2.39) is available, but note that the combined BOINC/VBox "package" still includes an old version of VBox (4.2.16). Thus updating to the new BOINC version requires some caution since it essentially will down-version VBox if you inadvertently select the BOINC/VBox package for your update.
