SIMAP: Powerdown on Oct 11

We had again a power failure on the boinc server. This time the database stayd alive, but the server filesystem crashed dramatically. Although we use a journalling filesystem, the complete upload folder (containing all successfully uploaded but not yet validated results) got lost. As this area is highly dynamic, we did not include it into our daily backup plan so that we now cannot restore these results. As a workaround, we will grant these vanished results the same credits that are granted after validation of the workunits to the correct results. We are very sorry about this trouble. As a consequence, we will consider shutting down this project in 2 weeks and moving it to another, more safe hardware environment as soon as possible.
