AndersonAttack@home: Regarding computation errors and CUDA toolkit

Some crunchers report about the computation errors which sometime occur on the current version of application. We are working on fixing this problem right now. It seems that some additional libraries should be added to the application. Right now a cruncher can try fix the problem by installing CUDA toolkit 8.0 on his host. It has alaready helped a couple of times.
