DistRTgen: cuda work status

In the next 2-4 hours the current queues of cuda work will be exhausted. Parameters for the next table are not yet fully concrete (we've been busy tending to server stability and scaling needs). It is unclear at this time whether this will be merely a few hours pause or perhaps a 2-3 day pause. Of course everyone, us included, would prefer the former.If you'd like to set BOINC to prefer this project but defer to other projects if we do not have work then set the resource allocation in other projects to 0 and they will only become active when projects with > 0 allocations have no work available.Also, the community never ceases to amaze! Trending data that we collect tends to become useless because the computation power, especially the cuda power, grows faster than expected.We will try to continue to keep everyone updated and in any case this should not be anything like a week+ shutdown as we've had in the past.
