Wildlife@Home: database query finished, validator fixed and a couple updates

I believe I've fixed the problems with the validator after that long running database query finished (it took over 8 hours!!). With the new changes to the validator, it's not possible to watch videos at locations where all the video has been classified and validated. In part this was necessary to fix the issue with a lot of videos that were already validated getting a lot of re-views. On another note we'll be mounting a high performance storage system to wildlife@home monday, which currently has about 150 terabytes of space (we can't use all of it but we'll get a good chuck of it). So with that drive space available I'll be able to finish up converting the rest of the video to streaming formats, and also start converting the video Susan's gathered this summer and put that up as well. So there should soon be new piping plover and least tern video (and even more grouse video)!
