Asteroids @ Home the new interstellar radar system?

If they can link radio frequencies to the optical images, we could have a real game changer with this application. While it may not matter now, radio frequencies could also be scanned and recover promising sectors of space for more SETI analysis. Combine high movement in optical images with high radio frequency scan spikes and we just might have the ultimate SETI search.

Call me crazy, but it comes from my strong background in Numerical Analysis. I took graduate level courses as an undergrad for fun and with the explicit purpose of finding patterns in this type of data.

So please, offer your wildest thoughts on this subject and help me understand why no one is getting serious about our collective SETI passion!=((
