Goofy NCI normally issues 4 NCI tasks per host, one of each of four flavors. Each task uses .025 of a CPU. Just now, I notices my 4-thread laptop has 27 tasks. Good news for Goofy credits. But now it's using over 50% of a thread and so only three normal CPU tasks are running. Heads up.
