Citizen Science Grid: [wildlife] updating BOINC, testing new application (!!)

I'm going through the process of a much needed update of BOINC on the server. I will keep you posted as things proceed. This should fix some of the issues where the validator was not working for video watching.

On another note, we finally have a new application to start sending new workunits out. I'm currently testing this on OSX, and once that's working I'll move on to linux and then windows. So there should be a slow trickle of workunits being released this week while I test things and get the new application and server side daemons up and running.
