iThena: Adding a new project server

iThena is adding a second project server. They are keeping the old server, but renaming it.

Old:
Renamed to iThena.Measurements (used for the NCI apps we are already doing).

New:
iThena.Computational. No applications or work available yet.
https://comp.ithena.net/usr/

In iThena.Computational the computational part (CPU and/or GPU?) will be already implemented.
That is, based on results of measurements from iThena.Measurements it will be possible to perform typical computational tasks in iThena.Computational (e.g. graphical problems based on topology models of Internet networks).
