    If anyone has ever been to a Micro Center store then you know they usually have some pretty good deals. And they blow Best Buy out of the water...

    Yes. Chalk a +1 up for FRY's. When I told them about my mobo catching fire, they agreed it could just as easily be the CPU as well as the board - and no questions asked, actually told me to take a refund (as opposed to swapping for a new CPU) until I knew for sure my board was good.
    Now I'm glad they did!
