Silent Hunter is getting small upgrade..

    Hey team.

Silent Hunter is getting a small budget upgrade. A lot of Danish HW fans here in Denmark is selling out, now that Bulldozer and Ivy Bridge is on the stairs. That means that budget folks like myself also have chances to get cheap HW

    I just purchased a Phenom II X4 840

Basicly it's a re-named Athlon X4 I believe...But who cares....For the 30$ I paid for that thing is a BARGAIN!! I actually had planned to get a 45W/65W model - and this is a 95W...But then I did some math....I am saving a lousy 24$ in electricity per year on the 65W vs 95W difference if the box is running 8 hours per day.....

Silent Hunter will remain down until the CPU arrives. Also Linux Mint 12 is just around the corner, so installing that when it's released....That is if no one else has a better suggestion...
