Yup, slow here too, can't connect to Free-DC at all, the Team site is just slow but I can connect anyway ...
Can you please do traceroutes and/or pings when this is happening and let me know what it looks like ?

I'll see what else I can find, but it looks ok from my end.
You can try using some of the other tools out there, like at http://tools.pingdom.com.
Just tried doing their full page test and it tried it from the Netherlands and give it a good grade..
Seems to be a hit & miss thing, right now the Stats pages are loading okay ...
Hi BOK,
From about 7~8pm EST, both S.USA and Free-DC would load very slowly, on the order of a minute or two. Sometime later neither would load at all.
So, could it be a DOS attack? Or could it have something to do with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy? Ste\/e and I are both in the Eastern Zone and live approx 80 miles apart.
