Anyone can start the team. I've done it before. Then admins can just request foundership change later.

Looks like some kind of webcrawler. I've had a few wu's but they have all failed almost immediately. Pop up window in chinese with some error code. I dug into a little and it seems like it is logging into an account at weibo?? Perhaps that's blocked outside of China.

It seems to be working now, I just created a team account and team presence.

But just in case ---> http://bigdata.ihep.ac.cn/bigdata/te...y.php?teamid=4

Well, while we're creating teams, have we tried to create the team here, yet?

Or is that the one that keeps deleting accounts.

    Linux only.
    1) Another non-CPU project. Nice!

    2) I have three tasks that all started at the same time yesterday. 2 show elapsed time of 33 hours, and one only 9 hours. So it looks like there may be a problem with how they track run time, which will impact the hours spent for the WUprop badge.

    3) 33 hours....I wonder how long they are supposed to run?

Cool. I didn't know that Linux apps didn't require a CPU. Do they run on magic smoke or something?

Top participants grand total credit: 0. Looks like none of the tasks are completing. You might want to abort until they get it figured out.

Lastly, if they project admin enables the team import, the team gets added automatically with the correct founder although manually adding it does not cause any problems. For those early subscribers, if the MB works, you might want to suggest that the admin enable the team import in the project config.xml so other's don't have to add their team manually as well -- or not if we are trying to get a jump on the other teams in the project. ;-)

ooops, forgot this was on my ToDo list...

Edit: Al, you will have to do a transfer without my request as the request link isn't showing. Just click the administer link then click the change founder link. Now just select Team SETI.USA then click change founder button at the bottom of the page.

They run forever, at least running in Linux on my Box's they do anyway, I just force a Computation Error every so often by Stopping the Process with Process Monitor in Linux. That way the Hr's get counted at WUProp anyway, no Credit so far after a few weeks of running the Project ... It's NCI so what the heck ...
