Only GPU working

I'm trying to add a 2nd Nvidia GPU to a computer. The 2 GPUs are 210 (16 cuda cores) and a GT 650 (300+) Cuda cores. The 210 has been been running Collatz for a couple of weeks, works on DirT, and Moo.

The Problem:
At startup BOINC shows the 210 as (not used) and it only crunches on the 640. I've added <use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus> to the cc_config file but it doesn't change anything.

What am I overlooking or does the difference in compute capability prohibit both cards crunching?

NEVERMIND ... there was a 2nd use_all_gpus down in the Proxy info that was set to 0.
