AMD Creative with Dual Hawaii GPU Hype

So, yeah AMD is releasing a dual-GPU Hawaii somethingorother possibly next month. Should contain either 2 R9-290's or 2 R9-290X's on the same card. I know, i know. The heat. That power draw. It's going to be insanity inside your computer. Hope you have a high-end motherboard if you're (un?)fortunate enough to buy one. AMD's attempts at dropping clues are getting really clever though. Kudos to them for doing something new. This package was left at the door of Nate's (owner of LegitReviews) hotel room door. The FPS delivery service, claiming they're "Now the world's fastest" doesn't actually exist. Hopefully you get the clue there

What's inside the box? More cleverness Marked with labels that read #2betterthan1, there's 2 cans of Pringles and a bottle of water. A nice snack? Sure it is. The water just happens to be Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water, used to cool the 2 (cans of) chips.

AMD also sent an editor from Tom's hardware, BSN, AnandTech and others a picture of themselves that had been grabbed from their profile then double-inverse exposed and mailed back to them with the same #2betterthan1 writing on the picture a week or 2 ago.

*Edit: It's probably worth noting these are the same chips (without the labels on them) AMD passed out at IDF last year using the slogan "try a different chip" as a dig towards Intel. What the recent clues really mean are supposedly going to be revealed to those who receive these packages on March 25th and 26th. Until then, no specs or even the proper name of this GPU are known with any certainty.

The dates chosen by AMD to reveal this new GPU just happen to be the same as Nvidia's GPU conference in San Jose. Coincidence? Not a chance.

Huh. You don't think they've made a WATER cooled OEM design, do you?!!

Well, if they do, the block won't be made by EVGA, as they only do nVidia GPUs. So the most likely candidate? Why Swiftech of course. (IMHO)

How fortunate it is that Swiftech makes almost all of EVGA's blocks as well Would my GTX 580 Hydro Copper have a lifetime warranty if the block was made by someone else? Probably not

But yeah, this GPU would most certainly have to be water cooled to even have a chance at working. I got $20 says the TDP is at least 450W on this thing with triple 8-pin connectors minimum. The radiator would probably have to be 240mm long too lol Like those retarded 220W CPUs AMD released a few months ago that had to be water cooled to work, it's only something they're silly enough to do.

And if AMD did make an OEM water cooled design, then what is Asus gonna do with their Ares version? lol

Oh okay... I could swear (And I do that a lot. Swear that is....) the Hydro Coopers were made by EK.

I was thinking EK had made some blocks for EVGA's GPUs but after just looking i can't find a single one. I bet what i'm thinking about is maybe EK made those waterblocks for the EVGA SR-2/SR-X motherboards. Pretty sure Swiftech didn't do those.
