Spatiotemporal QoS is a research project founded by National Science Foundation (NSF). It uses Internet-connected computers to perform distributed web service evaluation so that more accurate service quality information can be delivered to end users. You can participate by downloading and running a free program on your computer. This project uses java to monitor the quality of OGC web services(WMS, WCS, CSW, WPS, WFS. etc), so please make sure your java has been installed correctly. This project will use your location to monitor the accurate web service quality information. If you accept to run this project, the project will get your IP address.
