Thanks, friends! I hope everything works as well as I've heard! I will be free of glasses for the first time in nearly 60 years... It will be strange to look at the world without a frame around the image...

Ok, I'm now completely free of glasses unless I need 'reading' glasses. I'm doing ok after my second surgery this morning... I see the doctor for a followup tomorrow and that should be it for a while.

Congratulations. Now that you don't need regular glasses and only cheaters, and since it is summer, I can recommend a pair of Polarized sunglasses with built-in bifocals: http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/c...aspx?a=1537670 I use them for fishing all the time.
