VolPEx: project is moving to a new server

Ah. This explains why no work lately. I received this email from the project.

Dear our valuable volunteers,

We are glad to inform you that after few months of preparation, our new server is finally ready to work. The new server has much better network connection and hardware and will hopefully enable us to run more applications and also at larger scales.

Your contribution to our project is much appreciated and we hope to see you join our new project server too!

To attach to our project on the new server, simply detach your computers from our current project and attach to our new project server using the URL: volpexathome.cs.uh.edu/VolPEx
