Interesting. "execv: Exec format error" suggests the executable is broken to me. And in reviewing your tasks, I notice the first page full of errors is reporting App version 1.15. Even though the Linux App is supposedly still only at 1.13.

I would suggest trying a Reset on that host for starters. Just to see if a forced redownload of the project files helps.

You guys are wasting your time. The calculation are strictly an exponential time algorithm and is actually worse than
trial division. It is pointless. There are a lot of discussions at mersenneforum.org about it regarding Bearnol's (James) projects.
