Recently joined the SETI forums for team USA and re-started my BOINC program. I also participate in the Einstein@home, Universe@home, and MilkyWay@home projects. Proud to say I have 75,000 'work done' for SETI@home. I am going to start leaving my computer (16 GB RAM, i7, 2.4GHz, GeForce GTX 860M video card) on during the daytime solely devoted to crunching BOINC data when I'm off at work, so I should generate a lot more work done in the future.

Welcome. If you have any questions just ask. Also try running the non-intensive cpu projects. Goofyfx and wuprop are 2 that don't use the cpu but give you credit.
