I don't know how long they've been around because I haven't run BURP in years but there is a BURP (Windows) and one for (Linux) and WuProp sees them different from the old one.

If you try to run Linux and it doesn't work then create a folder in your BURP project folder and name it "native". Apparently there is some issue with the blender loader and certain library compilations or whatever. So some versions of Linux need it and others don't.

My version of Mint had to have it.
