That's pretty much what I had in mind. I'm sure it's either the power cord, the psu or the power switch. The last time she powered up, I slapped her around a little and played with the power cord. It's doing the "click, click" sound when I wiggle the cord when it's plugged into the back of the psu. Too much moving around and picking it up by the ONLY thing protruding from the case. I'll deal with her in a few minutes just to make her happy again.

I like your style Shandia. I recall the days of the 50's, 60's when a Dukebox would not play, you just gave it a kick, a la "Happy Days" style. Do not give up, it might just surprise you one day for it happened to me. For days, one machine would not start but I had no time to look for the cause. Every morning I clicked it to start, NOTHING. I gave up, but a few days later I gave it a kick and low and behold it started and has been working faultless ever since. The marvels of technology is never to be underestimated....

Oh, Bipolar most always responds to physical violence. I tried it once with my main. Lost all 3 hard drives after kicking it. It wasn't even that hard of a kick. But yeah, Bipolar tends to straiten up real quick when I give her any attention at all. It only gets physical when she gets worse while I'm trying to be nice to her. This holding her breath has to the the second time she's done it in the years since I first powered her on. I'm just not in a hurry to crack the case open right now and being lazy about getting another power cord to test things.
