Unfortunately they never turned up and repeated phone calls got me nowhere, they finally called just a few mins ago and rescheduled for tomorrow morning, claiming inclement weather yesterday (we got a sprinkling of snow....).
So I'll wait till tomorrow now and see.
I do have a slight concern in the back of my mind that they may block port 80 outward (won't be able to run websites) after the upgrade but it's unlikely after all this time.
