Ah... Within Temptation.
I always liked Sharon den Adel.
She has quite a vocal range for not being classically trained.
I have a fond spot for symphonic metal bands with female lead singers.
Nightwish
Within Temptation
Delain
Epica
Xandria
Sirenia
etcetera.

I've also been a fan of Within Temptation for a long time.
along with other symphonic metal bands
The Gathering
Theatre of Tragedy
Leaves Eyes
After Forever
Tristania
Sins of thy Beloved
and many more
Instant fan of every one of those artists listed (most of which I hadn't heard of).
I really like halestorm and how the lead singer can go from gentle and soothing to rough and rowdy, too.
Here is an absolutely fantastic resource for finding all kinds of different music

Revisiting RUSH
This is a live concert intro for The Spirit of Radio that contains many rifs from other RUSH songs.
I did a pretty good job of recognizing them since I've binged on RUSH for decades.
I have 21 of their CDs and 10 different concert DVDs, (yes I counted them), and that's not their entire catalog.
I have never heard more music and sound coming out of just 3 people!
Anyway, here's The Spirit of Radio, live with a long intro.
My favorite band of all time. Seen them a bunch of times live including their last tour just a few years ago.
My wife and I attended the recent one time only cinema release Strangiato 2019 in August which was awesome.
Anything but rap crap
